Welcome to Createasphere.
I'm Jeff Seckendorf, the Education and Workshop manager at HD EXPO – Createasphere.

We have seen a great increase in Createasphere membership over the past few months, with a lot of you joining regional and interest groups.

The first thing on our plate is to make these groups work for everyone. We'll be adding articles about both the technical and creative aspects of content creation, and will cover a broad spectrum of material - filmmaking, video and non-tape production, post production, deliverable's, all of it.

We have a huge resource of instructors and industry professionals, so if you have a question about a camera, or production, or post, let me know and I'll see about getting it answered.

I'm also finding tools that will be useful to us - some regional, some specific to the interest groups, but collected to help us become better visual storytellers. High up on the list will be a running list of iPhone apps, so if you've found a cool one, let me know.

I'm also able to answer your questions about the HD EXPO - Createasphere workshops. We're gearing up REDucation in July, Color Camp and P2 in Los Angeles in August, and watch for the roll out of our 3D workshop later this year.
