The first question I usually ask...ya gotta start at the beginning, but as I'm wont to say, don't get me started.

This isn't much of a post, and I know it...just a little test of the old emergency blog system.

If this was an actual emergency you'd probably be instructed to put your head between your legs and kiss your ass goodbye...those of you who haven't kept up with the yoga can just stare at your crotch and long for days gone bye...
