Career Objective: My ideal new position would utilize the expertise I have honed in Los Angeles over 15 years in TV production and provide you with an experienced Producer who can oversee multi-million dollar budgets; hire, create and motivate a team that flourishes; and deliver an exceptional finished product on time and on budget and already be working on the next project.

Organizational Experience (Senior Producer):
• Overseeing the creative development, writing and scripting of the entire program.
• Hiring and managing staffs of 25+--directors, writers, producers and associates.
• Planning and executing a 16 to 24 day (15 hours per day) shoot schedule for a cast and crew 100+. My realistic shoot schedules consistently kept us on time and under budget.
• Functioning as a liaison between network executives, executive producers, staff and crew to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Overseeing post-production--scheduling, editing notes, and ensuring on-time network delivery.
