I just ran into this article. This is great news for podcasting and I can bet you we will only continue hearing more and more about improvements in accessibility. However, it is up to us to embrace it and design our content with accessibility in mind as well as an international audience, making podcasts in other languages or making sure that our script is ESL friendly.

The following article (see link at bottom) was a very interesting read from me as it provides many many factors that play out in a City's development. I really like how it took a historical perspective on all factors that play out right through the veins of development and what it means in the larger time horizon and how it impacts Chicago as a New Media City.

Intercultural Communication is far more than just learning a language, it truly dives down to culture and understanding the memes and how interactions happen.

I recently came across the following article in TechCrunch. It is a very interesting read as it ponders on what the best approach implies and how companies can't easily "put lipstick on a chicken", but truly embrace people from the ground up --hey, isn't that social networking?? ;)
