Ableton Live is amazing!! I cant believe I waited so long to learn it. time stretch video based on auto-detected BMP!!! SoundBooth cant do that, SoundTrack cant do that. I feel all gitty!

He Mason. Yes Ableton is a really great piece of software. Besides al of the live applications. You can even sync it with Max MSP!

True true, it outputs midi, so it can control all kinds of software. Max 5 is great, but also Processing and PureData. Personally I've been working with VDMX to synch video with Ableton, no programming and pretty intuitive.
